Cabin Policies
Normal Operating Hours โ 8AM MST to 8PM MST MondayโSaturday, Sunday 8AM MST โ 6PM MST.
Winter Hours โ Closed from November โ April.

You must be 18 years or older to rent any of our cabin home vacation rentals. The registered guest must meet the minimum age requirements and be occupying the rental. No un-chaperoned groups.
Upon check-in, we reserve the right to refuse service with monies forfeited if any discrepancies in our policies are suspected.
Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of your rental agreement and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Children are counted in total occupancy unless they are under the age of two.
We charge $30 USD per additional person per day.
All guests understand that they are solely responsible for any property damage, accident, death, injury to any person(s), or loss sustained by any person, including the loss of money, jewelry and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to a guest's use of the premises.
The registered guest shall also be liable for all accident claims or personal injury claims by any member of the vacationing party or guests thereof.
All guests shall inspect and be familiar with the proper use and application of all items in the vacation rental prior to using them.
The guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold 9 Bar W Cabins and/or the owners harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or related to a guest's use of the premises or personal property provided therein.
All guests assume the risk of injury, death, or other losses related to recreational activities or use of the premises.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your cabin home vacation rental for reservations arriving outside of 30 days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
The final balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file if no other payment arrangements have been made.
If full payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled and no monies will be refunded.
All 1-night reservations require full payment at booking, including all local and state taxes.
Deposits are non-refundable after booking.
Due to operational changes, we no longer generally offer 1-night stays.
If a 1-night rental becomes available, the reserved guest must pay in full and no refunds will be given for cancellations.
All 2-night reservations cannot be reduced to a 1-night stay. This will be considered an early departure and no refund will be given.
Once your reservation is confirmed, there shall be no cancellations, refunds or changes made to the reservation.
The guest will be charged a non-refundable prepayment of the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
Reservation changes are subject to availability and will include a $50 modification fee plus any additional costs.
No credit will be issued for unused portions of time due to late arrival or early departure.
No-shows will forfeit all monies paid.
No refunds will be made for acts of nature, loss of electrical power, water outages, air conditioning issues, or cable outages.
Descriptions, bed sizes, and amenities are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a mechanical failure, every effort will be made to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required.
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM โ 8:00 PM MST
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM MST
Guests arriving after 8:00 PM MST must notify the property by calling (406) 640-0649.
After-hours check-in procedures are available if arranged in advance.
No third-party check-in or reservations permitted.
If you shorten your stay within 30 days of your original check-in date, you will be responsible for all originally reserved nights.
If you shorten your stay more than 14 days prior to the original arrival date, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee per night.
There is no refund for early departures.
All charges must be paid in full before access is given to the cabin.
Guests authorize management to charge the credit card on file for repairs or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear or related to theft or vandalism.
Damaged property will be replaced at current retail value plus a $50 service fee.
Guests must report any issues within 2 hours of arrival. If not reported, the guest may be charged for damages found during checkout inspection.
The registered guest is responsible for all aspects of the rental agreement.
9 Bar W Cabins takes every precaution to protect our guest's information. When guests submit sensitive information through our website, the information is protected both online and offline.
Sensitive information such as credit card numbers is protected using SSL encryption to ensure secure transmission.
Access to personal information is restricted only to employees who require it to perform specific tasks.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges.
If unauthorized use occurs due to a reservation made through our secure servers, we will cover your liability up to $50, provided you follow your credit card provider's reporting procedures.
